How to Make Infused Water

Choose your fruit ahead of time. Many infused water recipes on the internet give specifics of how long you can plan for each ingredient to last. For example, citrus peels from fruits like lemons and limes become bitter after about 6 hours, but rosemary is good in an infusion for up to a week.

Prep time: 10 minutes
1 sliced lemon, peel intact
1⁄4 cup sliced strawberries
1 thinly sliced piece of 3” - 4” peeled ginger 4 cups water
Instructions:
Add your sliced lemons, strawberries, and ginger into an empty container and top with cold or room temperature water. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 1 - 2 hours, or refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours before consumption.
